CANCELLATION POLICY

$55 deposit on all COLOR services required to schedule appointments that will go towards over all ticket total unless failure to cancel less than 48 hours of appointment time the $55 is forfeited and an additional 40% of the over all remaining ticket will be charged. Deposits are non refundable non transferable if not in the 48 hour time frame. If we the stylist have to reschedule the deposit will be transferred to the new appointment time. For haircuts If you fail to cancel within 48 hours or you no call no show past 10 minutes the service will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited and full service amount will be charged .
